Death in Paradise = British-French
“Death in Paradise” is aย British-French crime comedy-drama TV series created by Robert Thorogood, starring Ben Miller, Kris Marshall, Ardal O’Hanlon, and Ralf Little. The show is set in the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie and focuses on a detective inspector from the UK and his police team solving murder mysteries on the island.
The idea for the show was formed after reading a report of a suspected murder in the Caribbean during the Cricket World Cup. Filming for the first series began in spring 2011, with the first series airing between October and December 2011.
Since then, the show has been recommissioned each year and aired in January of each following year.ย On the other hand, “The Paradise of Death” is a BBC Radio drama based on Doctor Who, first broadcast in 1993, featuring Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor.ย
The story revolves around UNIT investigating a horrific and inexplicable death at Space World, a new theme park on Hampstead Heath, and the shadowy organization behind the park, the Parakon Corporation.
