Instead of saying KYC could you in the future call it KFC? As for the 4 Billion fine, JP Morgan who amongst others, has been caught rigging the precious metals market for the 3rd time or more in a row, has paid fines in the millions of dollars, let alone tens of millions, hundreds of millions, or in the billions. So it all depends on who you know in the government or which political party you have donated to. There will be more in the description!
