My boomer aunt earned a house through a divorce and has the audacity to criticize me because I don’t make enough money to buy my own. Edit: just so y’all know more context I actually make more than she does per year and I still can’t afford a house in my local area, she’s on the verge of losing the house through property taxation (again, a house from a divorce, wouldn’t have a house without the divorce) but has the absolute audacity to make a daily DAILY comment about how awful my generation of millennials are and how lazy we are and how we don’t value property because all we wanna do is rent and how we’re all gonna be slaves to foreign property investors who will buy up all our land and yadadadada.
